30 Day Used Car Warranty

Springs Automotive Group offers a 30 day exclusive warranty to customers.

Parts Covered

This warranty is between Springs Automotive Group and our customer. It only applies to the used vehicle that was purchased from Springs Automotive Group. The SAG Guarantee program takes effect upon the sale for a period of time or mileage of 30 DAYS or 1000 MILES (whichever occurs first) from the Purchase Date and Mileage.

Contractual Limit of Liability is $1500. $100 DEDUCTIBLE. 

COVERED PARTS section listed below.

ENGINE: All internally lubricated parts contained within the engine block and cylinder heads. Additional external parts include the fuel pump, water pump, thermostat, radiator, cooling fan motor or clutch, starter, alternator, intake manifold, exhaust manifold, valve cover, oil pan, motor mounts, brake booster, brake master cylinder, wiring harnesses, control modules and sensors. The timing belt (does not include maintenance) is covered on vehicles up to 10 years old with less than 120,000 miles. TURBO / SUPERCHARGER: All internal parts contained within the turbocharger and supercharger housing. All control modules, sensors, and boost control devices. Coverage applicable for factory installed parts only. 

TRANSMISSION: All internally lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. Additional external parts include the torque converter, flex plate, flywheel, slave cylinder, master cylinder, transmission pan, transmission mounts, transmission cooler, wiring harnesses, control modules and related sensors.

TRANSFER CASE: All internally lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. Additional external parts include the 4x4 shift/encoder motor, transfer case mounts, wiring harnesses, control modules and related sensors. 

DRIVE AXLES: All internally lubricated parts contained within the front and rear drive axles. Additional external parts include the propeller shafts, universal/constant velocity joints, wheel bearings, hub assemblies, suspension and brake components. 

POWER STEERING GROUP: All internally lubricated parts of the rack and pinion, steering gear box, motor/pump and lines. 

AIR CONDITIONING: Compressor, evaporator, condenser, receiver/dryer, heater core, blower motor and blend door motor. 

ELECTRICAL GROUP: All manually operated switches, Window motors and regulators, Power door lock actuators, Power mirror motors, Instrument cluster / Display units, Wiper motors, Power seat motors, NAV / Radio Components, Modules and Wiring Harnesses. 

Seals and Gaskets (related to the above parts) are covered on vehicles up to 10 years old with less than 120,000 miles.

SAG GUARANTEE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The Administrator agrees, subject to the terms and conditions listed herein, that it will during the warranty period, make repairs and/or replace defective parts or authorize repairs at Springs Automotive Group repair facilities for the listed covered parts when a Mechanical Breakdown has occurred. A covered Mechanical Breakdown is defined as a failure of a listed covered part to perform the function in which it was designed to perform. Gradual reduction in operating performance is not considered a Mechanical Breakdown. We reserve the right to use "New", "Used" or "Remanufactured" parts and this decision is at the sole discretion of the Administrator. The TOWING benefit is only applicable if the vehicle is being towed to a Springs Automotive Group repair facility. 

THIS CONTRACT HAS AN AGGREGATE LIMIT OF LIABILITY OF $1500 $100 DEDUCTIBLE, PAYABLE TO THE REPAIR FACILITY, PER AUTHORIZED CLAIM 

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE 

TOWING: In the event of a roadside emergency, towing will be provided to a SAG repair facility. 
JUMP START: In the event you are stranded, away from home, due to a dead battery, a jump start will be provided. 
FUEL DELIVERY: Up to two gallons of fuel can be delivered if you are stranded away from your home. 
TIRE CHANGE: In the event of a roadside emergency, If your vehicle has a flat, we will change the tire with your spare. 
LOCK OUT SERVICE: If you lock your keys inside your car, we will provide access to your vehicle. 
 (Roadside assistance is limited to an aggregate amount of $100 for 30 days past the contract date) 

WHAT IS NOT COVERED 

1. Any repair that is completed without an Authorization Number and a specifically authorized amount. 
2. Any part not listed under the COVERED PARTS section on the front page of the signed SAG Exclusive Vehicle Protection form or any damage to a COVERED PART by a non-covered / non-listed part. Consequential damage from a COVERED PART to a non-listed / non-covered part. 
3. Any repair due to overheating, regardless of cause, or damage caused by the wrong type of fluids or lubricants as well as inadequate levels and / or contamination. 
4. Any repair to correct normal wear and tear on parts that have not broken. Parts that have worn beyond the factory tolerances resulting in smoking, compression loss, consumption of oil, engine knocks or valve train ticks. 
5. Any damage that could have been avoided due to continued operation once a failure has occurred. 
6. Any damage caused by non-factory modification, severe off road use, racing or competitive motor sports. 
7. All damage caused by abuse or utilizing the vehicle outside of factory towing and load tolerances. 
8. Any failure caused by corrosion, rust, carbon build-up, varnish or sludge.
9. All mechanical failures that are covered by the factory, factory recall or other form of coverage. 
10. Any failure due to impact of any kind, theft, insects, vermin, water, riot, vandalism or war. 
11. Any expense due to loss of time, storage, inconvenience, or injury. 
12. All shop supplies, disposal fees, diagnosis, taxes and labor rates exceeding $75 an hour. 
13. Any seal or gasket exhibiting normal seepage or dampness, must have an active drip to be considered a failure. 
14. Failures determined by the administrator to have existed prior to the contract date. 

VEHICLE OPERATOR RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Always monitor any vehicle temperature or pressure warning systems and make sure they are working properly. 
2. Check the level and condition of all coolants, lubricants, and fluids routinely. 
3. Turn the vehicle OFF immediately at the sign of any mechanical failure and call roadside assistance and the administrator before taking the vehicle to any repair facility. 
4. Drive your vehicle within the factory tolerances, failures determined to have occurred due to abuse or negligence will be denied.
